AGRI NATURA - European Alliance on Agricultural Knowledge for Development
AGRINATURA encompasses 35 universities and research organisations from 18 European countries. It's activities include agricultural research, education, training and capacity strengthening for development. AGRI NATURA has two pillars - an association, open to all European agricultural research and education organisations, and a European Economic Interest Grouping (AGRINATURA-EEIG), as its operational arm.

CCAFS - Challenge Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security
CCAFS is a new 10-year research initiative launched by the Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research (CGIAR) and the Earth System Science Partnership (ESSP). CCAFS seeks to overcome the threats to agriculture and food security in a changing climate, exploring new ways of helping vulnerable rural communities adjust to global changes in climate.

CGIAR - Consultative Group on International Agricultural Research
The CGIAR system is an informal gathering of 58 countries, international and regional research institutions as well as private companies. The mission is to achieve sustainable food security and reduce poverty in developing countries through scientific research and research-related activities in the fields of agriculture, forestry, fisheries, policy, and environment. The Faculty has collaboration agreements with following CGIAR centres: ILRI - International Livestoch Research Institute, ICRAF - World Agoforestry Centre, CIFOR - Centre for International Forestry Research, ICARDA - International Centre for Agricultural Research in Dry Areas.

EFARD - European Forum on Agricultural Research for Development
The goal of EFARD is to further agricultural research for the benefit of developing countries through cooperation between research institutions in EU countries plus Norway and Switzerland, and the EU Commission as well as similar institutions in developing countries. Finansing of projects through the EU framework programme for research.

FARA - Forum for Agricultural Research in Africa
FARA is an umbrella body gathering the largest stakeholders within agriculture related development research in Africa and plays an advocating and coordinating role. FARA was established in 2002 by the three African subregional organisations: Association for Strengthening Agricultural Research in East and Central Africa (ASARECA), Conseil Ouest Africain Pour la Recherche et le Développement Agricole (CORAF) and Southern African Development Community (SADC).

GFAR - Global Forum on Agricultural Research
GFAR is a forum that provides a platform for addressing agricultural issues. The stakeholders of the forum are national agricultural research systems, international agricultural research centres, farmers’ organisations, NGOs, private sector and donors. GFARs mission is to mobilize all stakeholders involved in agricultural research and innovation systems for development, and to support their efforts to alleviate poverty, increase food security and promote the sustainable use of natural resources.

IARU - International Alliance of Research Universities
The IARU is an alliance of ten of the world's leading research universities - ANU, ETH Zurich, National University of Singapore, Peking University, University of California, Berkeley, University of Cambridge, University of Copenhagen, University of Oxford, University of Tokyo and Yale University. It is a strategic drawing together of universities that share a similar vision and have a commitment to educating future leaders.
