Development at LIFE

 

Activities regarding developing countries have a very high priority at LIFE. Activities include both education, researchconsultancy and capacity building.

 

Development related activites involve more than 150 researchers, 150 PhD students and 150 MSc students.

 

Developing countries is among LIFEs seven core competences:

 

"Politics, Economics and Developing countries".

Strategic Partnership Agreements
 

The Strategic Partnership Agreements (STRAPA) is an ambitious and long term collaboration between LIFE and three African universities – Makerere University in Uganda, University of Nairobi in Kenya and Sokoine University of Agriculture in Tanzania.
